On depression: three years later

Or, well, actually, four. Let me explain.

This is the draft of a blog post that I have kept in the notes app on my iMac for a year but never posted. I recently stumbled across it again, and although it is unfinished I feel like it is good enough to post. It ends rather abruptly, but I felt like it would be wrong to add an ending to it an entire year later. I hope you still find it worth reading.

A minimalist (sort of) move

Buying our first apartment was both super exciting and kind of exhausting. I naively thought the open houses and the bidding and the actual buying, which all took place in August, would be the most work. Boy was I wrong. All in all I didn’t consider the process to be truly over until the beginning of December when the lease of our old place was finally over, even though we were completely moved in by the middle of October. I’m sure there are many of you out there who can relate, both to the workload and my naivety.

Downsizing Beauty: the update

Back in august I wrote a post about how I wanted to downsize my makeup collection and how I would update you on the process after a few months. We then proceeded to buy an apartment and got caught up in all things moving related, and it is now 6 months later and I am slightly embarrassed by my lack of an update.
